THE GROGANS ANNOUNCE NZ SUMMER HEADLINE SHOWS + PLAYING FESTIVAL SHOWS THROUGHOUT NZ THIS DEC/JAN

Australia’s genre bending trio The Grogans are crossing the ditch to treat New Zealand fans in Raglan and Mount Maunganui for two special headline shows. The band will play The Yard in Raglan on Thursday 4 January with special guest George VILLA and Friday 5 January at Totara Street in Mount Maunganui with special guest Grown Downz.

Having just released their fourth studio album ‘Find Me A Cloud’, which is currently Radio One’s Album Of The Week, The Grogans are no strangers to Aotearoa shores, faithfully building their audience in New Zealand playing shows right across the country. Their shows are high octane, full of energy and a safe space for fans to express themselves in a live setting. This run of shows will see songs from the new record such as ‘Hey Ma’am’, ‘Can’t Stand’ and ‘I Cannot Read Your Mind’ paired alongside favourites from their previous records such as ‘Lemon To My Lime’ and ‘Money Will Chase You’.

Raglan support act George VILLA has just released his debut EP ‘Empty Pockets’. With a fusion of indie rock, soul, reggae, pop, and psychedelic elements, ‘Empty Pockets’ mirrors George’s personality - chill, mellow atmospheres with a dreamy underlying groove, raw delivery, and infectiously cheeky tone.

Grown Downz are Mount Maunganui locals, a duo consisting of siblings Joel and Ellie. Lovers of rock n roll punk songs, Grown Downz will be the perfect undiluted opener for fans at The Mount.

Adding to these two January headline shows, The Grogans will also be appearing across New Zealand at festivals as listed below.
