OCEAN ALLEY - LIVE AT SPARK ArENA

Australian rock heroes Ocean Alley make their anticipated return to Aotearoa to play a one-off headline show at Auckland’s Spark Arena this September.

Touring in support of their fourth studio album Low Altitude Living which was released last October and debuted at #5 on The New Zealand Top 40 Album Chart, this will be Ocean Alley’s first show in Auckland since May 2022 when they were the first international band to play New Zealand once our borders had fully reopened.

Known for their unique blend of sun-soaked psychedelic rock music, Ocean Alley have made their mark on today’s music scene as one of the most exciting live acts. Their dynamic performances featuring their signature laid back grooves have become fan favourites both in New Zealand and across the globe. Their last two headline tours of Aotearoa have sold in excess of 10,000 tickets and they have played New Zealand’s most iconic festivals including Rhythm & Vines, Rhythm & Alps, Soundsplash and Live In The Park

Australian rock heroes Ocean Alley make their anticipated return to Aotearoa to play a one-off headline show at Auckland’s Spark Arena this September and joining them will be Melbourne genre expanding trio The Grogans and local chiller Muroki.

Having played two headline tours throughout Aotearoa since last August including a sold-out Whammy Bar show in Auckland, The Grogans are fast becoming a hot favourite from over the ditch. Blending surf, psych, blues and good times The Grogans play live like their lives depend on it. With their latest single ‘Nowhere To Be’ released just last month, fans can expect to hear a swag of new tunes with a forthcoming album slated for later this year.

With a string of super chilled bangers under his belt including the platinum hit Wavy, Raglan’s Muroki will need little introduction to Ocean Alley fans. Signing to Benee’s Olive Records label, Muroki has released two EP’s and earlier this year released singles ‘Sweet Lime’ and ‘Watching Movies’. On stage and record, Muroki is emerging as a shining talent, bringing a growing audience to his soulful sound.

Ocean Alley are currently in Europe about to kick off their 12 date tour before heading to North America and Canada where they will play another 20 shows this August/September before heading to Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday 23 September.

Ocean Alley are excited to come and play their second home of Aotearoa this Spring for what will be a very special headline show.

Tickets on sale Monday 1 May at noon from Ticketmaster.
